2019 – Present: Research Officer, Division of Health Operations Research, Ministry of Public Health, Cameroon
• Ensure compliance of research protocols with national health research policies.
• Support capacity-building of Research Ethics Committees (RECs) and develop SOPs.
• Conduct post-approval monitoring of research sites.
Selected Projects:
• CAMPHIA 2024 – Protocol contextualization; community engagement tool development; supervision of community engagement activities.

CAMHERO-the Cameroon HIV Research Forum (CAM-HERO: www.cam-hero.org), led by the Division of Operational Research at the Ministry of Public Health in collaboration with local research organizations and implementing partners. It focuses on improving the visibility, accessibility, and policy relevance of HIV research conducted in the country.
• IBBS 2023 – Supervised survey implementation.
• Evaluation of PrEP Pilot Phase in 5 Towns (2023) – Protocol development, budget, ethics submission, training, field supervision, and coordination with USAID/PEPFAR.
