Nida Ghouri is a clinical researcher with over a decade of experience supporting rigorous, equitable, and resilient health research across institutional and regional contexts. As Manager of the Analysis and Research Training Unit at ORIC, Indus Hospital & Health Network, she:
• Leads the development and delivery of research support services, including statistical consulting, capacity-building workshops, and coordination of large-scale studies such as those conducted in partnership with the World Health Organization.
• Empowers local researchers and clinicians, equipping them with skills in study design, biostatistics, and data management to conduct independent, high-quality research.
• Champions ethical, data-driven research by strengthening institutional competencies in methodologies that promote fairness and local ownership of research processes.
She holds an MS in Microbiology and Enrolled in Master in Public health and is certified by the University of Maryland’s Research Course. As a visiting faculty member at Indus University of Health Sciences, she teaches graduate and postgraduate students in Research Methodology, Epidemiology, and Biostatistics, fostering the next generation of ethically grounded researchers.
She is proficient in SPSS, Stata, PASS, REDCap, and EndNote, and has authored 15 peer-reviewed articles, with several more under development. Her research interests span infectious diseases, child health, health systems, and evidence-based practice.
