Esther Mumbuluma

Esther Mumbuluma is a qualified health research ethics and research professional with extensive experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods. With a proven track record of collecting high-quality data, she is deeply passionate about research, ethics, and law. Highly dedicated and detail-oriented, Esther possesses a strong work ethic and the ability to remain focused throughout complex assignments. She has served as a Research Associate at Women in Global Health Zambia & Nkwazi Research University, where she has contributed to stakeholder engagement, participant recruitment, grant writing, data collection (KIIs, IDIs, FGDs), data analysis, and manuscript writing. In addition, she holds the role of Program Coordinator at Women in Global Health, overseeing program planning, implementation, financial management, and progress reporting. As a Research Assistant with Epilight Consultancy, Women in Global Health,Churches Association of Zambia (CHAZ), University of Zambia (UNZA), Circle of Hope, Zambia Agriculture Research Institute (ZARI), Esther specializes in qualitative and quantitative data collection, informed consent administration, data security, transcription, translation, and reporting. Some of the projects she has worked on have focused on reproductive, maternal, child, and neonatal health (RMNCH) service delivery, as well as health systems research. These projects have been implemented across Zambia, including in Northwestern, Luapula, and Western provinces.
